Required planning engineer with 6-8 years of experience for Bangalore & PAN India location.

Profile calls for candidate having experiences of handling contracts of Civil / Interiors domains including Quantity surveying & project closure for interiors & fitout projects Fundamentals in estimation & costing, measurement certification and Rate analysis.

The Project Manager is responsible for the following actions

1. Should be able to review the drawings and develop BOQ for the projects worked by him/her on the project
2. Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
3. Assist QS Contracts / Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
4. Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly
5. Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project
6. Measure and value the work done on site
7. Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers
8. Select and/or source construction materials
9. Prepare DPR/WPR/MPR and respective reports
10. Should be able to take our quantities and resources deployment by contractor from DPRs and arrive the cost of items under dispute.

Additional knowledge- Exposure to contract administration and information on local byelaws Preferred skills - MS Office usage; AutoCAD and other related software
